Stop time is a stronger version of slow time?

I believe that they're two different things.

Stop time is infinitely better than slow time, though.

^if you can slow time with a infinite factor i would put both at a pretty similar position :)

but otherwise timestop > timeslowing

You can't slow down time infinitely, if you could, it would be considered time stopping.

^this is why i said that they would be pretty similar if that was the case but i dont see why someone should have this power, exspecially since timeslowing can be (depending on the user) be changed according to the situation, sometimes slowing it time 5, and sometimes with 10...

on the other hand timestop is only usable in a single way, albeit it still is the stronger hax :)
