Just to be clear: [In FGO, some Servants' Skills are actually one of their NPs but was bumped down purely for gameplay purposes.]
To have a Skill or Noble Phantasm means you have a legend, a record, or a story about you performing a specific act (or a series of actions, or an event in your life, or even something that you possess, used to possess, or took for yourself) so significant that it, to a certain degree (more for some, less for others), defines your entire character in how you are remembered.
Mandricardo's Noble Phantasm, for example. Serment de Durandal, Oath of the Sword. It comes from the legend in which he took a vow that he would not wield a sword of any kind before he acquired Durandal. Hence, any weapon in his hand essentially becomes Durandal.
A 'special attack' is a painful but necessary overgeneralization for the sake of debates.

What I'm saying here is this: the concept of Divinity as a trait doesn't even exist in DAL. To say that Kurumi has Divinity because of her Angel is Verse Equalization already.
So I'm going to look at it from that angle--does Kurumi OR her Angel have a legend of them being divine, or having any special property that can be defined as such?
