What exactly makes a stomp qualify as a stomp? Is it like when the opponent has no chance of winning like 0/10?

Would it not qualify as a stomp if the characters are around the same level but everyone agrees that specifically one of the two characters would win instead of the other combatant?

A stomp is obtainable through a myriad of factors. From having either the Hax, Skill/Intelligence, AP, and/or Speed of one candidate be far superior to another.
Here's an example:
Darth Nihilus vs. Son Goku
Nihilus very presence causes one's life force and soul to be absorbed into him, in addition to instilling immediate and utter mindless devotion. And with just his words, he brings Death on a planetary scale.
Goku has no resistance to such abilities, and they are passive, so he has no chance of defeating Nihilus.
Therefore, this is a stomp.
