Depending on what mark scales to he can have either the advantage or disadvantage in terms of strength, though I believe mark does upscale above his feat.
In terms of skill I think they should be similar both fight characters with thousands of years of experience.
in terms of abilities Steven has more.
in terms of how they fight. Steven goes for a more defensive approach blocking and dodging attacks and attacking when theirs an opening. he also pushes you back with shields
mark goes seems similar but attacks more than Steven.
Steven has a Lifting advantage. but not many of his attacks are grapples.
