I dunno. I'll vote for Steve. Nanny's AP is 6.35 tons, Steve's 5.98, but possibly 27 tons, huh. I don't remember if the possible tiers are used in a match, but if so, I vote for Steve thanks to his AP. Otherwise, I vote for Steve because of Stat amp, Probability Manip, Gravity Manip, etc.
