They're equal potency because nothing suggests they wouldn't be. The moon crack was practically effortless from what we see after all. There's nothing to suggest that one attack is stronger than all his other ones.

>Everything scales to the strongest attack he has ever used because nothing says they wouldn't

That is not reason, you need proof of them being comparable, not lack of antifeats.

Said strongest attack was completely effortless. What you're saying is like saying I have to prove Saitama's kicks are as strong as his punches just because his strongest feat was done with a punch. It just doesn't make sense.

Even aside from that, the RSB also ignores durability in a wide amount of ways.

First of all, that was off pannel iirc, how can you tell it was effortless. Second of all, no other thing he has done is even remotely comparable to that feat. Third of all, that saitama case was pretty false equivalency. You don't gotta prove his kicks are as strong as his punches. But when we have something like a serious punch, a move that completely outclasses all of his other feats, yes proof is needed for everything to equate to that.

If you have better arguments there, then sure argue those.

Potency is irrelevant because Stella doesn't resist neurodrain anyway.

Dodge an omnidirectional explosion? I can say that works though she gets radiation poisoning and dies if she does that do to how much room she leaves the Beast.

Because she's in its AoE, thus electricity goes out of her body

Or she gets radiation poisoned since her barrier isn't air tight, so that works too.

First question would be, what can Stella actually do at all?

Just feels like she gets succed before she can do much and can't really evade an Omnidirectional shot.

Honestly, not much.

She does how Death Hax that works through Fate (Or something like that) and her Fire can apparently EE people (Which I think is useless against someone who is way stronger but whatever)

This isn't her desperado key?
It is but she has never showcased anything.

So those on her profile are just for indexing purposes because they are things she "should have" (by virtue of being a desperado), but they have never been applied, and i stick to feats a desperado has shown as we know there are stronger and weaker desperados.

And even if we were to assume that, it would be a completely not in character move.
