Stealth Mastery for game Red (Pokémon)

Here, I'll proposal Stealth Mastery for Red (Pokémon)

Red's Stealth Mastery:
Successfully infiltrated the base of Team Rocket

(The feat is, at least, applicable in his original appearance)

While I see the point, the entire thing doesn't really qualify.
Red does infiltrate that and other bases, but he recurrently gets spotted dozens of times or activates some alarm, just for the rocket grunts to show up, be defeated and be left unable to do anything about it.

More than a stealth feat, I see it as Red invading the place and steamrolling all the oppositition.

Although if we still want to give a version of Red Stealth Mastery, we can give it to Poke Spe Red who actually invaded the Rocket Hideout with a disguise and was not detected

I feel that it can be closed then since I do agree with SamanPatou's opinion.

By the way, I'm not sure the current consensus of Pokemon profile separation of human character.
