Let's say Character A has the power to boost their stats or nerf their opponent's stats. But Character B has resistance to stat amp and reduction, meaning that Character B's opponent's stat amp/nerfs doesn't work on them.
However, where would we draw the line of "it would be a NLF to assume Character B's resistance would work on Character A's stat amp/nerfs"?
Does it have Character B's have to be so good that it like amps them to a higher tier/nerfs the opponent to a lower tier?
Or do we just determine it by how good the resistance is like-
"Character A's stat amp/nerfs only allows them to take down their opponent in like 2-4 hits, while Character B's resistance works against someone who can boost their stats so high/nerf their opponent's stats so low they one shot so therefore Character B is going to resist."?
