Plus, it's Optional Equipment that T.K.O. probably doesn't even know exists

Would MoS Kamen Rider Stronger and Bronya Rand be ok for this tourney? None of them have Time or Void Manipulation.

Since Stronger has a 100x amp via his Charge Up, would that be allowed? Because Goku also has his 200x amp it's worth asking from my side.
If he's too much, he could be restricted or I can choose someone else in his place.
(Does this tourney have a limit to switching out combatants?)

Goku doesn't have a 200x amp in Cell Saga. He'd have High 4-C listed in his Cell Saga like Stronger does if he did. You can switch out characters before the list gets filled.

At least High 5-A, at least 4-C as a Super Saiyan
At least Dwarf Star level, at least Star level as a Super Saiyan (He was the second strongest fighter at the time[38] even at only 50% of his power,[38] fought against Perfect Cell and nearly killed him with his Instant Kamehameha, though Cell wasn't fighting at full power)

Charge up would just have to be restricted here.

For now he's too haxxed. If other's start entering with what he has (low godly, immo neg, cm2, etc) then yeah he's fine.

for the sole reason that i've been looking for somewhere to use the funny sheep
not really used to fighting in this tier, maybe they are somehow overpowered, maybe they're actually way too weak and will instantly get wiped out, who knows!

Oh I didn't see that since it wasn't in the OP, my bad. Does Kaguya count? She's only 4-C overtime, not physically, but she has hax that can make up for the lack of physical stats.

And Sujin has time hax?

She doesn't, I'm not 100% sure why her profile says so she does. Iirc it's there over a technicality since she can "control the laws of physics" in a certain area, but she literally never even remotely showed any time manipulation
