I don't know why people assume the ice is hax when it's just AP, the coldness is irrelevant unless it's actually absolute zero.
 
It's colder than the edge of the universe, so colder than absolute zero, and he also has probability manipulationm law manipulation, and other things. The Incarnation power is often used to straight up warp reality to make you more likely to win against stronger foes, so there's also that.
 
Doesn't matter. Space in underworld doesn't have a stated temperature, so it's assumed to be as cold as real life space
