You guys need to give reasoning as to why you think so...

It's just our own opinions really. But there is just little to no way for Star to combat SCP-682 nigh-indestructibility and almost conceptual adaptation. Star is at best, a young girl still trying to unlock her powers. SCP-682 is way more powerful than that and has bested even almost godlike reality warpers and concept manipulators. A clearly unfair stomp for me and this should be closed.

Yes Star (with the full power of her wand) has greater AP than SCP.
However she's a glass cannon with At least Building level dura as opposed to SCP's Large Building to Solar System level AP. And SCP has all of its Regenerationn, non-corporeality and absurd hax resistance which has made it so notoriously unkillable.
Meaning Star doesn't have a way to kill SCP yet SCP has a way to kill, maybe even one shot Star.
So I agree that this is a stomp match.

I realized that 682 has zero resistance to time manipulation at all.

Stars Time Manipulation isn't really combat applicable though, she accidentally stopped time and nearly doomed the universe because of it. Not only would it not be in character for her to use it, she might not even know how to use it properly.
Using Star Butterfly in debates is tricky, at a glance she seems like a haxy universe buster with powerful Time, Spatial and Reality Manipulation powers, but she can barely use any of them.
