ok so I shamelessly change my opinions, DS got this because of Star Butterfly crappy durability, and DS has Bloodstone that can counter her attack (Since DS Dispel Bound is too weak for universe lv) and Eternal Atoms, so her attack probably won't kill DS.

DS, Star is still inexperienced so it's unlikely she'll tap into the full potential of the wand. Though if she has the magic instruction book on hand, she might win.
