Standalone Joker vs Standalone Batman

Batman and Joker face off once again but this time it's their stand-alone counterparts. Loved both movies so I'd like to see how this turns out.

Standard Battle Assumptions

Speed equalized.

Joker has his gun and Batman has his suit but not his batmobile.

I'm vengeance vs YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!

Who wins and why?

Batman skillstomps the hell out of him, Joker nor his gun won't be able to do any noticeable damage to him due to the suit

There are also plans to downgrade Joker from 9-C to 10-A
