This is still open? Interesting. I don't see how kefla can beat GOD toppo in ANY way. Like I said before, toppo is almost at g.o.d level, or if we take what belmod said, already at g.o.d level. Kefla isn't beating a god anytime soon. Also jiren > or = gods of destruction > or = GOD toppo > or = UI goku(2nd time) > new blue form vegeta > ssjb KKx20 goku now > or = kefla > UI goku (first time)

She's > First UI Goku who is GoD tier though.

They don't need to state this for every single character. Kefla is shown by feats to be GoD tier.

Kefla isn't god tier, the only character before episode 125 states to be god tier was jiren, and that's it, goku right now is probably comparable to first Triger UI, and he is yet to do anything to a less suppressed jiren, whose full power is perhaps above G.o.D. Her feats are nothing compared to what toppo accomplished with a simple hakai.

Jiren is confirmed to be stronger than a God of Destruction and U! Goku fought on par with him. Kefla was stated to have stronger than Goku was when he first fought Jiren. Whis confirmed him to be stronger than a God of Destruction when he fought against Kaioken x20 SSJB Goku. Meaning even in that weakened state he would have to display power beyond that of a God. And this is backed up by Beerus and the other Gods reacting in genuine horror at both Jiren's and UI Goku's power. As well as the fact that Ultra Instinct is stated to be a power that even most Gods do not possess.

Jiren is guess to be stronger that GoD, but that doesn't mean first-time UI Goku is GoD tier, we doesn't know Jiren when fought UI Goku is suppress or not, and how much he is suppress. Even in the second time he fight Goku and raising his power after nearly get back to the bench, Belmod still foreshadowing that he still suppress. As for the Arena, Kale Berserk was shown doing the same thing. The only reason she didn't COMPLETELY destroy it was because Jiren knocked her back down to base. Kefla is several orders of magnitude stronger than Kale.

even if you think Toppo wins (which is a legitimate arguement) it is clearly not a stomp as Kefla (who is around First Trigger UI Goku, who is low GoD level at minium via Jiren scaling) should be at least around GoD level, maybe a little lower

There is nothing to put Kefla and first Triger UI goku at G.o.D level, especially when UI goku was only even against an INSANELY suppressed hakaishin tier character. That's it, theres no debate there. Only jiren and toppo have been stated to be Hakaishin tier. Or, you can, you know, bring the statements that state that Kefla and UI goku are on G.o.D level. Heck, even in gokus second UI transformation, it was only pointed out that goku is attempting to reach the level of the gods. That's as best as you can get.
