Bond is strong enough to hold off Jaws who ripped out electric canisters out of a train. While he is inferior to Jaws physically, he was able to physically hold his own to some degree. Alec is as strong as Bond and if anything, is portrayed as slightly stronger

So I think Alec might have the strength advantage, due to ST being scaled to skull busting.

They should be roughly even since Alex doesn't scale fully to that because Jaws is definitely physically stronger than both him and Bond. It's more like Cap holding back Thanos's fist in Infinity War, and Bond used his own fists plus strategy to beat Jaws.

Still, holding his own to Jaws and pushing him back is something and Alec does scale to that. So it should be roughly even, maybe ST slightly higher

But yeah Alec has weapons so that makes this closer
