I think one thing Hyper should've mentioned is that since Neptune is the God of the sea, he should theoretically be superior to everyone in it.

That being said, I'm not sure I trust that feat.

Just because other cartoon verses have had their inconsistencies represented doesn't mean they are justified. Sometimes the wiki just needs cleaning up.

Yes and no. Yes in that the feat didn't actually happen. No in that the fact he was more than likely hallucinating.

Gags feats are accepted depending on the show and/or character's tone. Something like Mxy from DC or his Marvel version Impossible Man are gag characters in a verse where most of the characters and tone is serious but they get their gag feats as it's part of their reality warping/powers.
