To him all of existence would be the main universe unless he has shown any evidence of knowing about the alternate universes

So unless bubbles has shown to know about the other universes there is no reason to assume that him saying all of existence means multiverse level

I was not saying he was 2-C it at least warrants something, Also Look at the description of the second link I provided video, It says it takes place AFTER the events of the second movie heck if anything if you watch the video from the beginning (or at least around 0:29.) the characters literally recognize Bubbles.

If the feats come from a non-canon source then there's no proof they apply to the canon version. Considering it's a video game...

However, Bubbles says that a single page can "erase reality as we now it"

This sounds a lot like Low 2-C, considering it can actually interfere with the timeline it is in.
