Spidey already has the strength and likely agility advantage over Po, but at the same time Po has a lot of hax over him as well, I can't picture Spidey getting caught in the Wuxi Finger Hold because of his Spider-Sense but I also can't see Po taking much damage from him via his own defensive hax. Where neither can reliably hit each other in a way that matters, Po won't hit his BFR or enough attacks to win because of Spider Sense and Spiderman can't really get past Po's belly

Yeah but spiderman has to avoid getting close to po, and that would imply that he would not get close for literal days while po can just play defensive
