I don't know much about SAO but from what I've see Spider-Man seems much more mobile and has more options.

Have you guys seen the Marvel updates? Methinks this is a bad matchup.

Attack Potency: Large Building level+ (Held up a part of the Daily Bugle, Ripped a train off its tracks)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic combat speed. Supersonic travel speed (at least Mach 1.88). With precognition/spider-sense included his reactions are comparable to Relativistic.

Lifting Strength: Class M (Supported a part of the Daily Bugle)

Striking Strength: Class GJ (Punched Iron Man all the way down through a large building, Flicked over a train car with one finger)

Durability: Large Building level+ at his peak.
