MCU has best durability feats, more agility and is way stronger by far in his tech suit, his stats are probably doubled in iron spider.

MCU Spider-Man should take this. The 8-A feat that the Iron Spider scales to is 361.37 tons, while Amazing Spider-Man scales to a 177.3028 ton feat. That would put MCU Spider-Man at being roughly twice as strong as Amazing Spider-Man. MCU also has the superior technology, including the mechanical spider legs contained in the Iron Spider armor, which could give him an edge in combat and mobility.

Tom has Karen. He also fought many more, and much worse threats. Captain America > Lizard. Bucky > new!Goblin. Thanos > Electro. Vulture is welll...on the same level as Rhino. But Vulture is smarter. Tom has his web grenades, those badass spider legs, etc. So Tom.

Or alternatively, they go to Toby and heckle him for that walking down the street scene in spider man 3.

Holland is SuperHuman movement speed (Barely kept up with a car) with at least Supersonic reflexes and combat speed (Matched Winter Soldier and Falco in combat at the same time. Dodged Scarlet Witch's attacks and should be comparable to her) | Unknow
