Spider-Man vs Punisher.

Punisher FRA but Spiderman's spider sense though.

Doesn't really matter. Punisher can bullet or rocket spam for all intents and purposes until they hit Peter. Speed equalization means he can't dodge them, and Frank probably already has his knives ready incase Spidey tries to web away Frank's weapons.
Prior knowledge doesn't matter for Spidey since we never see him use it for anything (He never uses the info on Toomes to his advantage), but with prior knowledge Punisher has decimated tier 8 to 7 level character.

Have to give it to Punisher purely because of his experience fighting his own version of the wall crawler. He knows what he's getting into while Peter will think he's just facing off against another nut with a gun...

Yeah. Generally Spidey has no problem taking down the Punisher, and I a first thought the suit's special abilities would level the playing field, but its also not the first time Punisher has seen Spider-man with a Stark Tech suit, or the first time he's had to contend with that tech.
