If spiderman starts with transmutation that is thought-based according to his profile I don't see anything that super buu could do unless he one shots. It's not buu absorbs or transmutates immediately

Skill is self explanatory, dragon ball characters in general are combat geniuses to the combat geniuses, buu might be kind of dumb but at the same time super smart and tactical and scales to other characters like Goku's skill feats. Area of effect, either through danmaku like the human extinction attack or just a massive ki blast or just nuke the surface of earth or you know what, the whole planet too, basically an attack so big that spiderman can't dodge. and incapacitation probably won't work due to the LS disadvantage buu is at but he can throw a part of his body to wrap around spider man which restrict his movement.

I mean, if Spider-Man is ever put in any form of disadvantageous position here I don't see why he would've just counter instantly with thought-based transmutation. Recognise he has precognition and this is SBA.
