Spider-Ma vs Dick Grayso

Round 1: Year one Spidey vs year one Robin in a 1960's New York. Only standard equipment.

Round 2: Pre- Big Time Spider-Man vs Pre- Forever Evil Nightwing in Gotham City. Both have a week of prep time.

Round 3: Current Spider-Man (Spider-Armor MK IV) vs Current Dick Grayson (Agent 37) in Parker Industries.

Round 4: Spider-Man is called by Batman for help during the events of Endgame instead of Dick. How well does he do at analyzing the Joker virus, fending off against the Jokerized citizens of Gotham, and tricking Joker into believing that he is actually Batman?

Round 5: Nightwing is trying to stop the Sinister Six during the events of Ends of the Earth instead of Spider-Man. How well does he do at stopping the Sinister Six, stopping the brainwashed Avengers, and stopping the satellite Doc Ock made to destroy the Earth?

Bonus Round: The two are having a dance off.

Yeah, but Spider-Man does have a weakness which can be exploited, which is his spider sense. Also, as Agent 37 Dick gets some brain control tech. Sorry for the late response.

Except Dick has no knowledge of the Spider Sense, and seeing as how most of the Bat family relies on stealth, his Spider Sense is actually his greatest advantage in this scenario. Spider-Man's speed and strength would be too much for Dick, as it's generally accepted that Pete already beats the mentor, Batman.
