he doesn't need to be in close range to shoot george. granted, george might be able to aim dodge.

Spider-Man has better dodging feats any day tbh, dude literally jumps into a street filled with trained officers trying to kill him, and doesn't get hit once.

If you can derive speed values from it above Athletic Human, be my guest. It's not treated as him blitzing them as much as him outskilling them to a ridiculous degree
