A trained soldier like the rest since he was a child. So should be extremely well trained. Even by a soldier or debatably a super soldier standard.

Gotcha. Well Spideyis clearly outgunned here but the question is, can the spider sense dodge all weapons fire.

Has Drebin got experience against someone as acrobatic as Spidey?

Not really no. We know he has faced other soldiers like himself, and faced a few Gekko Metal gears. But they aren't nearly as acrobatic.
