Aesthetically, a pretty good match. Anyhow, wouldn't Peter eventually get tired since Venom's Regenerationn is something he can't get beyond? I figure after that, Venom would be able to land the proper blows and take him out. Plus, Venom has a pretty good hax advantage with the symbiote. Giving this to Venom.

Their Ap, Durability, and lifting strength all seem to be relatively even.

Spider-Man has an absolutely massive speed advantage, He's smarter, and he has his web shooters.

Venom's only clear advantage is his Regenerationn of course, but his regen is sperate between the two of them though. High-Low for what the symbiote can heal of Eddie and High-mid for the Symbiote itself. I feel like thats important since Spider-Man clearly couldn't completely kill the symbiote itself but he could easily obliterate Eddie beyond the point the symbiote could heal him from (but they are in character so he obviously wouldn't do that.)

Though I'd say using that huge speed advantage, his web-shooters, and Intelligence he could probably seperate the symbiote and Eddie (Similarly to how Riot did) and just web them up/keep them apart, which should cause the Symbiote to eventually die since it needs a host to live.

Well it depends on where the fight take place at since with enough sound vibration Spider Man could remove the suit so it not completely a stomp (I think)

Nope, Sony Venom doesn't show a weakness to "loud sound lol" yet, and I don't think anything can reasonably remove the symbiote other than the Catscan shenanigans yet, so this is a massive stomp.
