How fast can he put Betty down?

If it's not a matter of "very", she's probably going to beat him down with AP.

Depends on how he leads, if he feels she is a threat right a way he will use the lizard vial and demolish her like he did to Matt Murdock or might try to paralyze her with his webs. He likely would also use bullet-time to enhance his speed to do both. Which is likely because he thinks normal super villians Gwen Fights as a huge threat and killing them is almost second nature.

She'd probably consider a demonic looking girl wielding a scythe to be fairly threatening.

Can he avoid being thrown into an illusion via eye contact if he happens to not amp himself? Otherwise, he might just see her as an actual little girl and proceed to get impaled with a soul stealing spear.

The writer says he has insanely high (If not absolute immunity to) Illusions, Mind Control, and Pheromones. I won't say its immunity because that's NLF but its REALLY good according to the writer. I can give you the chapter where they say so.

Okay yeah Betty's isn't really impressive, it's only effected one person at a time.

Though, how long does Paralysis and Low 7-C amp last? He has to get through her Low-Mid, and her power is constantly increasing rapidly.

Paralysis is pretty much indefinate until the web is removed by someone. The Lizard Serum lasts until he goes to sleep. Think of it an injury that needs to regen, so it takes at least like... 8 hours for the serum to be filltered out.

Ah. Betty can easily have Akumu do it for her, as it can form into it's own weapon and cut whatever needs cutting.

Also Noir has a passive Regen Negation thanks to his Patron. Helps when your main villian's hentchmen has really good regen.
