Probably High 8-C or so. Potentially 8-B. Marvel 8-As are also probably getting downgraded as they are viewed as similar outliers.

The only thing I see is a possible threat is invisiblilty but I think Death bolt Danmaku can pose a serious threat to Spide

I'm feeling like Spidy would lose by Fire Danmaku alone, there's not much he can do about it to my knowledge, plus Deathbolt can fly from a safe distance throwing projectiles

Actually there is, he can turn invisible make his way closer and the moment Deathbolt tries to fly up he webs him causing him to become paralyzed.

Or when he gets close to Deathbolt he can use bullet time and web him.

Spidy's only win condition is webbing him and paralyzing him.

Now I'm not saying its 100% in the bag but those are things that can give him the W.

invisbility won't work aganist a Danmaku spam tho, parahax will spell out big damage but it's gonna be hard to get done

Danmaku is countered with Invisibility (because unless its Omni-Directional it still needs to be aimed) and Spider-Sense + Bullet-Time makes it he can dodge them with no effort.

its practically omnidirectional, he just needs to aim in the general direction and it hits everywhere in front of him, and Spidey can't dodge forever either, but I see your point. Nothing seems to stop DB from just powering through the webs fired at him with his own projectiles or Thunder Blade (even if they were invisible, the Danmaku would hit them). This seems inconclusive since DB can just keep distance forever.

Right, keep in mind the fight starts off a few meters apart not a very far distance that Damnake can make it impossible for Spidy to counter and get up close. Danmaku won't be able to be used if DB counters the web leading to more webs being thrown keep in mind the web just needs to make contact and he's paralyzed but DB doesn't know that so can lead to him letting it hit him without second thought.

Inconclusive makes the most sense TBH.

Danmaku can be used if DB uses his projectiles to counter instead of his sword though.
