Also despite how much of a menace Joker can be intellectually, you actually can **** with him pretty easily on a psychological level if you know the right ways. Like obviously a prep time Joker is scary as hell, but they really made him out to be worse than he is
I'm not sure what version of Joker they were using, but i remember a scene from BtAS where Joker got scared shitless over the thought of some random guy killing him instead of it being Batman

A really cool scene in Return of the Joker is Terry ******* around with him via having a totally different attitude than he’s used to

Now that i think about it, wouldn't she have to turn the light off, grab the statue, turn the light on again, and then jump up to leave through the window?
 
She was webbed to the thing (I forgot what it was called), before lifting it with her back to let the cars pass through.
But why did all of the cars drive off, did they not see the water?
I'm also puzzled as to how Spider-Man could make a web wall seemingly attached to nothing
