the speed of a character increases by 100% and this is 2x folding. If increased by 500%, is there a 10x folding?

500% increase sounds like a 5X addition to your original X PL. X + 5X = 6X. So based on how it's worded, it sounds like 6x folding.

what he's trying to say here is that Water of Law 5% of the develops to the water skills 500% (6x or 5x). If Water of law is 50%, it folds skills 50x.(5000%)

well, when I look again now, it seems more logical to get the 500% to fold 5x

but the 100% increase is definitely 2x while the 200% increase cannot be taken 2x ... so values like %400-5x 500-6x ... should be taken, but the series stated that it folding 50x for 5000% ... damn I didn't understand anything.

Boosting a X stat by C% mean the augmentation is X*(1 + C/100); now, statements like using C% of the stat is a straight forward multiplication.
