I was correcting a calc, but I noticed contradictory requirements for the same speed tier.

Thing is, 34300 m/s isn't 0.01144125% the speed of light:

There's actually 2 whole 0's missing. Even 343000 m/s is wrong

The trend continues on PAST this point. I'm guessing it also continues on at some point before this part. I think this can be fixed pretty easily, so I just thought I'd point it out since the conflixting numbers are making it hard for me to assign a tier to a feat.

They wrote it as a percentage, while you calculated it as a regular number

So 0.1% is actually equal to 0.001, or 1/1000, since 100% = 1

That would mean that their values are also consistent with yours, but you just wrote it in a different way compared to them
 
Ah, apologies. My mistake. Guess the thread can be closed in that case. Thanks for clearing up the confusion.
