I hope this is simple enough
If the ES user was able to sense the presence of another, but the presence of someone you can sensed before is no longer around without you even realizing it, would that person be faster than said ES user?
Note, the user’s presence did not vanish into thin air nor no longer sets, it is just no longer around.
