Should the new standards be added to our Versus Thread Rules or Standard Battle Assumptions page?

Honestly, why not both? Doesn't seem that difficult to explain and with how many matches equalize speed, it should be in as many places as possible

It probably should be in the Versus Thread Rules page as versus thread rules updates are mostly handled on this page.

Speed Equalization isn't a Standard Battle Assumption as it is another topic. So, I don't think the changes should be added on the Standard Battle Assumptions page.

Well, I will take it as my version being accepted by majority consensus then, I suppose. I hope everyone is ok with the decision being made that way.
