So Like why is spectacular electro feat considerated outlier?
We know Rhino feat would be Limiting characters ap ar all since the fall didn't did shit to Rhino

And there is anything to suggest the bombs even remotely damage Norman?
Not trying say spectacular characters should be multi City Block just asking why it is an outlier

Electro's Feat was considered an outlier due to the fact that no other 8-A feats could be found in the verse, while character in the show consistently show 8-C level feats.

Note: I have not watch this show, just going off what I've been told. If there are any other feats that could produce anything higher than 8-C, I have no problem with anyone posting the episode number it happened so I can take a look at it myself.

However do to recent heat revisions, Electro's feat isn't even real AP. It's temperature/heat which doesn't scale to anyone as that ignores conventional durability. So being hit by Electro's attacks wouldn't give anyone 8-A durability, and he can't hit with 8-A levels of force.
