That said Spawn's page is a bit weird, But I do believe Spawn should take this through mostly having pretty much everything Entity has and more and with Mind Screw or Reality Warping Entity is gonna go through hell beating his regen.

Spawn would deplete the entity for many reasons, both spawn and his suit feed off of evil,sin,violence,agony,despair,suffering,etc which is exactly what the entity is,spawn has an immense amount of mental resistance, he has energy manipulation,soul and spirit manipulation and purification and also time and space manipulation and reality warping, spawn has no soul and his heart is non functional, so spawn would just literally feed off of the entity and become stronger and stronger the more the fight continues.
