Speed is equalized so that's already checked, and Omnipresent doesn't mean much to Terumi as he adapted to a higher dimensional Omnipresent being that has Multiversal abilities.

Someone he already fused into himself, which requires you to Kill Terumi for you to even remove Noel from him to begin with. And being Planetary means nothing to Terumi as his hax alone is already on a 2-A level. BFR Terumi resists easily.
