Passive:
Arceus has his plates passive power null/Invulnerability
Starting move with access to all plates:
(Unknown).
But here are a few wincons he has
1. Damage transferral: Create doll of Kratos and destroy it, which destroys Kratos in the process, upscaling from Jynx
2. Telekinesis: Thinks and destroys Kratos from the insides, upscaling from psychic Pokémon ability to affect the internals of others with telekinesis
NB: Arceus is incorporeal, as accepted here. Not the conventional type, so Kratos better have the right kind of interaction for it
