Is somebody here willing to write a wiki sandbox draft text for it?

I've started one here. It's obviously a work in progress, but I was hoping for feedback and that you'd remember more scattered quote rules so I can compile them.

• They should contain significant quotes for a specific character, and not related music. Themes can be added as videos in gallery sections.

That page doesn't even properly explain regular quotes. I feel like a whole other thread could be made just to fix it.

Well, I think that it would be most practical if the page in question is simply expanded to include proper explanations for both regular quotes and sound files added underneath them, and our members will likely not find and notice the information otherwise.
