Nioh is wildly overtiered atm. I did some calcs from the game and discussed with Perp (the original page creator) about the stretches in logic made to give the man those tiers, ultimately Will is gonna have three keys, 9-A, somewhere in lower-to-mid Tier 8, and 8-A/Low 7-C at peak.
