What do you think about ImmortalDread's following draft text for an addition to our Regeneration page?
"If a character's ability to regenerate is limited to certain conditions, the character page should provide a detailed explanation of those circumstances. If the character can only regenerate from damage that is covered by a higher type of regeneration, but not from damage that should be included in a lower type, the page should list the lowest type for which all qualifiers are fulfilled, or none if not even Low Regeneration is fulfilled. The extent of the regeneration should then be explained in an additional note.
For example, if a character can regenerate from having their head destroyed but not from having their heart destroyed, they would be listed as having Low-Mid regeneration. The page would explain that the character can regenerate from head damage as long as their heart remains intact. If a character can only regenerate damage to their soul but not their body, their page would explain that they have soul-specific regeneration and list no type. Similarly, if a character can regenerate their concept but not their body, their page would list them as having regeneration with an explanation that it is concept-specific and has no type."

Could add a core unit disclaimer. Like if someone can regen for a core unit we can standardize it based on size.
I.e. The core's of the RE4 Regenerators would be treated worse than Cell's core due to their larger size. So "X regen with core unit" with the core unit not counted in the regeneration statistic.

Is this not how we do it regardless? Special clauses should be noted in ALL power listings of a page when they are relevant, barring those that would be better elaborated on in further detail in other sections, such as Noteable Attacks/Techniques and Weaknesses.

Okay so, one last question.
Say the person was physically killed. And then his soul was destroyed. But his physical body is kept intact. But for some magical reason, his soul was regenerated back and he sprung back to life. Would this be both Regeneration and Resurrection?

That should only be mid-godly if the entire soul is destroyed

I just listed it as a limited form of mid-godly since no standards regarding those feats were in place yet. Also, to be clear, this is mostly unrelated to the mid-godly regen most profiles have,
