If soul's are considered type 2 info by a verse's standards and a character is able to bestow a soul onto inanimate objects giving them "consciousness" and a "will", would this fall under the "advanced metaphysical powers" listed on the PCP page?

I think said inanimate object must have PP2 or 3 to qualify. Or PP1 if narratively stated.

No, the object in question must have PP first, in case of PP1, it is also depend on what kind of duality it lack

So it'd just be soul manip and IM2? Is there nothing more substantial that can be given since it's a level beyond the ordinary manip for these two types? Or can that only be listed on the justification itself?

It is just soul and im2, it is just that you have more application for it, since our wiki opperate via no NLF, only what was show and told, like having conceptual destruction doesn't mean you have alteration or creation by default, you need to show them as well
