His ability to cut the concept of lifespan, soul should be removed too (he can "hit" soul but not the very concept of it)

His concept manip can stay though as his attacks aren't "normal physical attacks" with his distortion but conceptual/metaphysical

Is the translation explicitly "conceptual" (as in the same vein as Yakou's Name powers), or is it "metaphysical"?

Because things can by metaphysical without being conceptual. Metaphysical is just "above/beyond the physical", saying he can attack in a metaphysical level could just be referring to him attacking souls.
