Now this is a minor revision but curiously why is it that Shang Tsung and Quan Chi are still only Low 7-C when the page mentions them scaling to 7-B characters?

Or is that more caught up in the new MK revisions?

And I see (I'd recommend adding the 7-B a bit sooner since that's pretty much there but I'll be d to the majority lo)
