He can stop time for a long period of time. That sounds so paradoxical when you say it out loud but it is really true. Post-Crisis superman by the way and they are both on the same level of speed so I didn't needto equalize it.

Speed does need to be equalized because Superman is in the 10^16 c, there is no way Sora is that fast. He is a lot faster than people who can travel the solar system in seconds, but this doesn't take the quadrillions in the slightest.

Post-Crisis would blitz Sora due to his vastly greater speed. Things get trickier with speed equalized, since Superman has a number of feats of surviving hax from powerful and even higher-dimensional beings like Mister Mxyzptlk. Honestly not sure who to swing towards.

Edit: Also, bad picture, that's Injustice Superman who has much lower feats overall. I changed it for you.

Gonna have to go Sora via versatility. His better magic abilities will affect Superman, and while Superman has plenty to hurt Sora with, Sora just had that much more. Sora mid difficulty.
