Someone comparable to Archie Super Sonic was a threat to characters such as the Archie NIGHTS, who are well into 2-A . Here is how it is:
(The Dreamworld contains a timeline for every mortal within every timeline ( essentially bare minimum millions of mortals x infinite number of timelines = how many timelines are in the Dreamworld ) , Reala casually warped the whole Dreamworld, base NIGHTS (when dramatically weakened) fought relative to Reala , and Wiseman is far above both (created Reala & NIGHTS) .

Despite all of that there is a canon statement that Wiseman fears Sigma, whose comparable to Super Sonic ... That is how high-end into the tier they are. I'm not mentioning the Red Ideya because I feel the Ideya Users and Nights w/ Red Ideya are >>> Super and even Ultra Sonic based on statements and feats.

How is Thanos going to time stop a character with immeasurable speed or mindhax them when they have 2-A resistance against it?

Can we stop acting like Time Stop is completely meaningless against characters that has Infinite, Immeasurable speed or stuffs like that? There's specific scale for this.

By definition, time stop would be useless on an infinite or immeasurable speed character. Infinite speed characters move with 0 time passing by, immeasurable transcends time as time is just another axis of movement.

No, it means that Thanos's time stop is on a much higher scale. Like I said, there's a specific scale for time stop so before saying time stop is utterly meaningless against Infinite and Immeasurable speed, we have to look at how good is it first.

Immesurable and infinite cover basic time Stop, but time stops that affect those characters still exist
