Off the bat, the only real danger Maxwell poses through hax is Power Nullification. Sonic seems to resist everything else or has an answer to it (and resists a stronger type of CM destruction in Base), meanwhile Maxwell has he deal with somebody bullrushing him with a multitude of speed amps.

But let's assume Hyper Sonic solely uses his Boost to close the distance. He still overwhelmingly has the advantage in combat experience, skill, versatility in techniques and equipment, and that goes without mentioning Resurrection even if Maxwell does somehow manage to kill him. The one method would be for Maxwell to correctly choose to depower Hyper Sonic, but that would require him to know of the Super Emeralds (or his connection to them) to begin with when they're nowhere present near the battlefield.

I'm not sure if this is a stomp, but I vote Sonic if not.

Maxwell has info analysis which lets him see the targets adjectives, so he can definitely see that Sonic has powers and nullify them instantly. Though speed amps might make this a stomp

Maxwell is currently possibly getting DC canonity soo
