Scaling them to the Zone of Silence would bump them up to High 3-A actually as it was a zone stated to be constantly expanding.

That'll suffice, though the Zone of Silence being High 3-A kinda ousts any chance of it being used for scaling due to Outliers and all that jazz so I'll have to find something else :/

Yeah, the creating/destroying the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for example is more like a 5-A feat combined with specific hax; I wonder if Half a Space Time Continuum is even a concept. So, we might need to removed the statement from the Tier page if that's the case.
