Since Speed is not equalized... Sonic just sees Flash as a literal Statue since he is Infinite in speed vs Flash's MFTL+ speed
So like... unless Flash has something i don't know about, i am pretty sure Sonic stomps unless speed is equalized... unless... he starts with Infinite speed instead of MFTL+? Dunno how the rules apply here

Sonic's rings allows him to tank attacks up to 1-C, so that won't really be much of a factor
