Easily Rainbow Dash, she doesn't even need the Rainbow Power boost to stomp base OVA Sonic. Archie Sonic is an entirely different story, however. Even if Sonic were to go Super, Dash could use her Rainbow Power ability to match or go beyond his own abilities.
