One of the good things I can see with them being dissimilar is that the Preciousstone builds off "wishes (chinese lol) / hopes (english)" in the definitional sense of "dreams", rather than dreams alone as a subset. Organically, that'd be a reason behind how dream worlds outside of Maginaryworld would be sustained if the series share canon.

I'd like to get this wrapped up though, been open for a while.
